Childcare at Red Hill

Nestled in the heart of Chislehurst, our Red Hill Nursery is located within the grounds of Red Hill Primary School. With easy access from the local area and convenient session times, we’re proud to be part of the community and offer a welcoming start to early education.
Led by our experienced manager, Fiona, and a team of dedicated early years professionals, we provide a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, happy, and truly valued. Our goal is to help every child flourish by building their confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
We’re open from 7.45am for breakfast club, with core hours from 8.45am to 3.30pm during term time. We offer full-day care and 15 or 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible two-, three-, and four-year-olds. Children enjoy a rich and engaging environment filled with exciting resources and creative opportunities, from messy play to outdoor adventures in the secret garden.
Whether they’re exploring, making friends, or discovering something new, children at Red Hill Nursery are encouraged to thrive in a setting that feels like a home from home.

Hello my name is Fiona and I have worked at Village Nurseries for 21 years, so have a wealth of experience and knowledge in child development and Early Years. I really enjoy working for Village Nurseries as it feels like one big happy family.

My vision is to continuously provide quality childcare and an excellent service for all children and their families. I work hard to ensure that we are providing the very highest standards of childcare possible. I love watching and helping children from all backgrounds grow and become more independent in themselves.

I believe that forming strong relationships with all families is key to delivering quality childcare and we pride ourselves in being a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment.

I have a love for Disney which I share with our children by involving them in singing along, dressing up and dancing to Disney songs.

I find my job extremely rewarding and love that each day is filled with lots of love, laughter and fun activities for the children to explore and enjoy.

Hello my name is Donna and I have worked at Village Nurseries for 15 years, so have a lot of knowledge around the EYFS and child development.

My passion is helping children grow, discover their true potential. My aim is to create a safe and nurturing space where children feel happy, confident, and inspired to learn. I also value strong, trusting relationships with families, so together we can give every child the best possible start in their early years journey.

I love my job and enjoy getting to know each and every child, as they are all unique.

In my spare time I enjoy knitting and create toys for the children’s role play area and interest table.
